Water Penetration Test
Water Penetration Test is a part of envelope verification. This is a comprehensive methodology for evaluating water leakage through walls.
This test method uses a rubber hose or Water Spray Rack in which a calibrated nozzle is attached with a pressure gauge. The spray will detect a specific joint, crack, or defect and reveal potential moisture intrusion on the wall as per ASTM E1105 standard.
