Oman Headquarters is an iconic high performance building using state of the technologies for occupants comfort and lower life cycle cost with minimum/low environmental impact.
The Project has been designed, constructed as high performance building and will be operated as per U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)- Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Rating systems as per LEED for New Construction, LEED v 2009.
